TO PROVIDE A STRUCTURAL WAY FOR VOLUNTEERS AND FULL TIME FIREFIGHTERS TO COORDINATE, ENCOURAGE, PROMOTE, AND PARTICIPATE. TO DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT PROGRAMS AIMED AT MEETING THE NEEDS OF THE COMMUNITY OF MARION.
