PROVIDE YEAR-ROUND CHILDCARE SERVICES FOR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL FAMILIES. THIS INCLUDES BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL CARE DURING SCHOOL MONTHS AND FULL DAY SERVICES DURING WINTER, SPRING AND SUMMER BREAK PERIODS.
