TO IDENTIFY THE DESIRES AND NEEDS OF A PERSON WITH MENTAL RETARDATION, AUTISM, HEAD AND SPINAL CORD INJURIES, AND OTHER RELATED LIFE-LONG DISABILITIES. THIS BOARD WILL ASSIST AND COORDINATE THE DELIVERY OF QUALITY SERVICES DESIGNED TO MEET AND EXCEED THESE IDENTIFIED NEEDS.
