MARTIN TRUST PARTNERSHIP IN EDUCATION FOR EARLY LEARNERS, INC. (THE "SCHOOL") IS A MASSACHUSETTS NONPROFIT CORPORATION FOUNDED TO OPERATE A SCHOOL IN BROOKLINE, MASSACHUSETTS. THE SCHOOL WILL WORK TO HELP FILL THE NEED FOR QUALITY, AFFORDABLE EARLY EDUCATION TO ALL YOUNG LEARNERS BY ESTABLISHING A NEW EARLY EDUCATION CENTER.
