MDCFA is DEDICATED TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A VISUAL AND PERFORMING ARTS CENTER IN HARFORD COUNTY, MD. IT WILL BE ACCESSIBLE TO ALL AND NURTURE ART, ARTISTS AND COMMUNITY BY PROVIDING A BROAD RANGE OF CREATIVE AND COLLABORATIVE EXPERIENCES THROUGH QUALITY ARTS EDUCATION.
