The Association of the B.P.O.E. of Elks Lodges in the State of MD, DE and DC was formed to unite all Elks in closer bonds of fraternity to promote good fellowship among Lodges, to protect and promote the interests of this Order and to bear true allegiance to the Constitution and laws of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks
