TO ASSIST MCLEAN HIGH SCHOOL (MHS) IN THE MAINTENANCE, EXECUTION AND GENERAL SUPPORT OF MHS BAND PROGRAM OR OTHER RELATED ACTIVITIES INCLUDING MUSICAL EDUCATION PROGRAM AT MHS AND OTHER MUSICAL ACTIVITIES FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN MCLEAN, VA, TO RAISE FUNDS AND TO DO OTHER LAWFUL ACTIVITIES TO PROMOTE SUCH PURPOSES.
