THE PURPOSE OF THE ASSOCIATION IS TO REPRESENT ITS MEMBERS IN NEGOTIATIONS WITH UNIONS AND GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, TO KEEP MEMBERS INFORMED IN THE AREAS OF LABOR RELATIONS, TECHNICAL MATTERS, LEGISLATION, TAXATION AND ANY OTHER AREAS THAT WOULD BE TO THEIR BENEFIT, AND TO PROMOTE UNITY
