THE CLINIC WAS ESTABLISHED TO PROVIDE FREE MEDICAL SERVICES TO WORKING RESIDENTS WHO ARE UNINSURED AND THE UNEMPLOYED RESIDENTS OF SMYTH COUNTY AND SURROUNDING AREAS WHO MEET THE CLINIC'S ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS.
