THE PROJECT PROVIDES HOUSING TO LOW-INCOME FAMILIES NOT OTHERWISE ABLE TO AFFORD SAFE HOUSING. THE PROPERTY QUALIFIES TO RECEIVE SECTION 8 BENEFITS IN ACCORDANCE WITH REGULATIONS OF THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (HUD).
