MENTOR GIRLS SOFTBALL LEAGUE IS A NON-PROFIT CORPORATION AND SHALL BE OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE CHARITABLE PURPOSE OF YOUTH SPORTS ACTIVITIES, WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501 (C) (3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE. MENTOR GIRLS SOFTBALL LEAGUE WILL ORGANIZE, MANAGE AND ADMINISTER RECREATIONAL SOFTBALL LEAGUE AND FASTPITCH TRAVEL TEAMS IN OHIO.
