MFHS IS A PUBLIC CHARITY DESCRIBED IN IRC SECTIONS 501(C)(3), 509(A)(1), AND 170(B)(1)(A)(VI).THE FOUNDATION WAS FORMED TO SUPPORT OR BENEFIT MFHS. AS A SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION, THE FOUNDATION WAS ORGANIZED AND OPERATES EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE BENEFIT OF, TO PERFORM THE FUNCTIONS OF, OR TO CARRY OUT THE PURPOSES OF THE PUBLICALLY SUPPORTED ORGANIZATION. THE FOUNDATION WAS ORGANIZED AND WILL BE OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES, SPECIFICALLY, TO SUPPORT AND BENEFIT MFHS.
