COOPERATE WITH THE NATIONAL INTERSCHOLASTIC ATHLETIC ADMINISTRATORSASSOCIATION IN STRUCTURING AND IMPLEMENTING PROJECTS DESIGNED TO ADVANCE THE INTERSCHOLASTIC PROGRAMS TO SECONDARY SCHOOLS;5.
