THE PROGRAM PROVIDES ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE, LEADERSHIP AND TRAINING FOR COMMUNITY VOLUNTEERS WHO SERVE AS COURT APPOINTED SPECIAL ADVOCATES(CASA) FOR AGBUSED AND NEGLECTED CHILDREN IN SOUTH CENTRAL MISSOURI.
