MID-STATE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION WAS FOUNDED TO OWN LAND AND BUILD A FACILITY FOR THE USE OF MID-STATE HEALTH CENTER, RECOGNIZED BY THE IRS AS 501C(3) CORPORATION DELIVERING PRIMARY HEALTH CARE SERVICES TO THE RESIDENTS OF 16 TOWNS IN CENTRAL NEW HAMPSHIRE REGARDLESS OF ABILITY OF THE RESIDENTS TO PAY.
