THE MILAN LASER EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE FUND'S OBJECTIVE IS TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO EMPLOYEES EXPERIENCING TEMPORARY HARDSHIP, AIMING TO ALLEVIATE FINANCIAL STRESS AND HELP THEM MAINTAIN STABILITY DURING CHALLENGING TIMES.
