THE ORGANIZATION WAS FORMED TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS TO WORTHY GRADUATES OF MILLVILLE SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL IN ORDER TO FURTHER THEIR FORMAL EDUCATION AT HIGHER INSTITUTES OF LEARNING.
