THE FOUNDATION SHALL BE OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501(C) 3.STARTING IN 2009, SCHOLARSHIPS WILL BE AWARDED BY THE FOUNDATION WHICH ARE AVAILABLE TO INDIVIDUALS PURSUING UNDERGRADUATE OR GRADUATE STUDIES.
