PURPOSE IS TO ADVANCE THE PROFESSION OF MUSIC TEACHERS IN MINNESOTA THROUGH EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, NETWORKING, AND ADVOCACY. TO FURTHER THIS PURPOSE THE ASSOCIATION MAY SPONSOR PROGRAMS TO ENRICH MUSICAL EDUCATION AND ENCOURAGE MUSICAL PERFORMANCE.
