THE CLUB WAS ESTABLISHED FOR THE RECREATION, PLEASURE AND BENEFIT OF ITS MEMBERS, THEIR IMMEDIATE FAMILIES AND OCCASIONAL GUESTS, WHERE THE COMMINGLING OF THE MEMBERS CAN PLAY A MATERIAL PART IN THE LIFE OF THE CLUB.
