TO PROMOTE THE INTEREST OF AGRICULTURE, HORTICULTURE, ARTS AND SCIENCES THROUGH A FAIR SETTING WHICH HELPS PROVIDE ENTERTAINMENT THAT DRAWS PEOPLE FROM THE OUTSIDE TO EXPERIENCE WHAT THE YOUTH HAS ACCOMPLISHED.
