THE FUND IS GOVERNED BY THE MISSOURI UNIVERSAL SERVICE BOARD PURSUANT TO THE RULES OF THE MISSOURI DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AT 4 CSR 240-31.
