TO SUPPORT ACTIVITIES THAT ARE DIRECTED TOWARD AIDING, SUPPLEMENTING, IMPROVING, ENHANCING AND COMPLEMENTING THE ACTIVITIES OF THE PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEM AND PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS FOR MONROE COUNTY STUDENTS.
