MONTCLAIR EARLY CHILDHOOD CORPORATION WAS FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEVELOPING CHILD CARE PROGRAMS TO PROMOTE AND ASSIST THE CONTINUOUS EDUCATIONAL, PHYSICAL, SOCIAL AND INTELLECTUAL GROWTH AND GENERAL WELL BEING OF THE CHILDREN OF THE COMMUNITY, REGARDLESS OF ABILITY TO PAY.
