THE PURPOSE OF THIS ORGANIZATION IS TO OPERATE AND MAINTAIN THE MONUMENTAL BUILDING IN SIDNEY, OH AS A LASTING MEMORIAL TO MEMBERS OF THE ARMED FORCES AND TO RECOGNIZE THE CONTRIBUTIONS OF VETERANS FROM SHELBY COUNTY.
