THE PURPOSES OF THE FOUNDATION ARE TO (A) RECEIVE & ADMINISTER CONTRIBUTIONS OF MONEY, SECURITIES, OR ANYTHING OF VALUE FOR SCIENTIFIC, EDUCATIONAL, AND CHARITABLE PURPOSES DIRECTLY RELATED TO MORGANTOWN HIGH SCHOOL IN WV; AND (B) FOSTER & ENHANCE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR MHS STUDENTS & FACULTY THROUGH GRANTS AND CONTRIBUTIONS TO MHS, AND SEPARATE & DISTINCT EDUCTIONAL DEPARTMENT OR DIVISION THEREOF, OR ANY MHS STUDENT OR FACULTY MEMBER.
