WE ACCOMPLISH THIS MISSION BY MAINTAINING HIGH STANDARDS OF CARE FOR ALL, IN A HOME-LIKE ATMOSPHERE, WHICH ADDRESSES THEIR PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL, AND SPIRITUAL NEEDS. WE ENCOURAGE RESIDENTS AND FAMILIES TO PARTICIPATE IN MAKING DECISIONS ABOUT THEIR DAILY ROUTINES AND ASK FOR RESIDENT AND FAMILY INVOLVEMENT IN SOCIAL ACTIVITIES.
