WORKING WITH SINGLE BIRTH MOTHERS OF CHILDREN IN FOSTER CARE ACHIEVE HEALTHY REUNIFICATION WITH THEIR CHILDREN IN 6-12 MONTHS, WHILE HEALING FROM THEIR OWN PAST TRAUMA. THE GOAL IS KEEPING FAMILIES TOGETHER BY EMPOWERING MOMS. THE ORGANIZATION INCORPORATES THREE PHASES OF RECOVERY.
