TO PROVIDE A LONG-TERM PLACE IN DOWNTOWN NASHVILLE FOR THE VISUAL ARTS THAT WILL SERVE AS A DESTINATION FOR ARTIST STUDIOS AND ALLOW FOR ARTISTIC AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMING TO ENGAGE THE PUBLIC IN THE VISUAL ARTS.
