THE ORGANIZATIONS'S MISSION IS TO ADVOCATE ON BEHALF OF BLACK WOMEN AND GIRLS THROUGH NATIONAL AND LOCAL ACTIONS AND STRATEGIC ALLIANCES THAT PROMOTE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT AND GENDER EQUITY IN THE AREAS OF HEALTH, EDUCATION, AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT.
