ANNUAL EDUCATIONAL SEMINAR HELD IN THE FALL AND PROBATE COURSE HELD IN THE SPRING FACILITATE EXCHANGE OF IDEAS AND NEW APPROACHES FOR IMPROVING ADMINISTRATION OF PROBATE COURTS. NATIONAL COLLEGE OF PROBATE JUDGES PROVIDES TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO PROBATE JUDGES AND COURTS HAVING PROBATE JURISDICTION.
