NCHP WAS ESTABLISHED TO MOBILIZE PRIVATE AND PUBLIC FUNDS TO EDUCATE AND ASSIST IN THE IDENTIFICATION AND CORRECTION OF SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC ISSUES. AND TO FOCUS ON PERTINENT ENVIRONMENTAL, HOUSING AND EMPLOYMENT ISSUES THAT FOSTER THE SPREAD OF COMMUNICABLE DISEASE AND SOCIAL DYSFUNCTION.
