PURSUANT TO THE BYLAWS, THE ORGANIZATION SHALL OPERATE EXCLUSIVELY TO SUPPORT THE CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES OF HOSPITALS, ACADEMIC MEDICAL CENTERS AND MEDICAL RESEARCH ORGANIZATIONS BY PROVIDING OR FACILITATING LOW-COST FINANCING OF FACILITIES AND INFRASTRUCTURE FOR THE SUPPORTED ORGANIZATIONS.
