TO ENGAGE EXCLUSIVELY IN SUCH CHARITABLE, EDUCATIONAL, AND SCIENTIFIC ACTIVITIES AS MAY QUALIFY IT FOR EXEMPTION FROM FEDERAL INCOME TAX UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE IRC OF 1986.
