Mission

THE PURPOSE OF THE NRLCA SHALL BE TO IMPROVE METHODS USED BY RURAL MAIL CARRIERS, TO COOPERATE WITH THE U.S. POSTAL SERVICE AND THE PUBLIC FOR THE GOOD OF THE SERVICE, TO PROMOTE A FRATERNAL SPIRIT AMONG ITS MEMBERS, AND TO BENEFIT THEIR CONDITION OF LABOR.
