The Association works to organize and create a united force, advance the interests of all members, ensure job security and enhance opportunities. The Association seeks to assist its members to achieve their highest aspirations. The object of the Association is to improve conditions of labor with the USPS, advance the methods used by Rural Letter Carriers and promote fraternal spirit among its members.
