THE GOALS AND MISSIONS OF THE ASSOCIATION, ARE AS FOLLOWS: (I) ACCESS TO THE AIRPORT TERMINALS, (II) USE BASED ACCESS FEES GROUNDED SOLELY IN GROUND TRANSPORTATION RELATED COST RECOVERY, AND (III) NO DISPARATE TREATMENT BETWEEN SIMILARLY SITUATED COMMERCIAL USERS OF AIRPORT FACILITIES. THE ASSOCIATION EXPECTS TO ENGAGE IN ACTIVITIES THAT SUPPORT THOSE GOALS SUCH AS REACTING TO NEW REGULATIONS, ACTING AT THE FEDERAL LEVEL OR STATE LEVEL, AND ACTING DISCRETELY IN SPECIFIC AIRPORTS. THESE ACTIVITIES ALL SUPPORT OUR PURPOSE TO DEVELOP, FORMULATE, AND ADVOCATE IN SUPPORT OF POLICY RECOMMENDATIONS ON ISSUES OF INTEREST TO, AND FOR THE BENEFIT OF, THE AIRPORT PARKING INDUSTRY AND ALL OF ITS STAKEHOLDERS.
