WE WILL CRFEATE A SAFE, SOBER AND CLEAN LIVING ENVIRONMENT THAT WILL OPERATE BY THE bIBLICAL PRINCIPLE TAUGHT IN LIKE 10:25-37, THE STORY OF THE GOOD SAMARITAN. WE WILL REACH OUR HAND OUT TO ALL MEN, WHO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS, AND OFFER A SOLUTION.
