THE ORGANIZTION PROVIDES SERVICES TO CHILDREN WHO HAVE BEEN SEPARATED FROM THEIR BIOLOGICAL PARENTS. THE GOAL IS TO REUNITE THE CHILDREN WITH THEIR PARENTS OR EMANCIPATE THEM BACK TO SOCIETY.
