THE MISSION OF NEW BEGINNINGS TRANSITIONAL LIVING FOUNDATION, INC, IS TO PROVIDE TRANSITIONAL HOUSING, EDUCATION, TRAINING AND SUPPORTIVE SERVICES AS WELL AS LINKAGES AND REFERRALS TO PROFESSIONAL COUNSELING AND OUTPATIENT PROVIDERS TO PEOPLE STRUGGLING WITH DRUG AND ALCOHOL ADDICTION AND MENTAL HEALTH DISORDERS.
