NEW MEXICO DREAM CENTER WORKS TO FILL IN THE GAPS IN SERVICES, NOT RECREATE A PROGRAM THAT ALREADY EXISTS. NEW MEXICO DREAM CENTER STANDS IN THE GAPS FOR THESE CHILDREN AND DEVELOPES AND SUPPORTS THEM AS NEW MEXICO DREAM CENTER WORKS ON ENSURING THAT THESE GAPS ARE FILLED AND STAY THAT WAY.
