TO PROMOTE SOCCER AS A SPORT, TO ESTABLISH BOYS SOCCER TEAMS TO COMPETE ON THE LOCAL, REGIONAL, STATE, AND NATIONAL LEVELS, TO PROVIDE SUPPORT AND TRAINING TO DEVELOP AMATEUR SOCCER ATHLETES, AND TO FOSTER COMPETITION IN SOCCER THROUGH TEAM COMPETITION AND SOCCER TOURNAMENTS.
