TO PROVIDE ALL RICHMOND YOUTH WITH ACCESS TO COORDINATED, HIGH-QUALITY LEARNING EXPERIENCES BEYOND THE CLASSROOM. WE BELIEVE THAT WHEN STUDENTS PARTICIPATE IN HIGH-QUALITY OUT-OF-SCHOOL TIME (OST) PROGRAMS, THEY BENEFIT ACADEMICALLY, PHYSICALLY AND SOCIALLY.
