ENCOURGE, FOSTER, & PROMOTE THE SPORT OF LACROSSE IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA. THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED BY PROVIDING GRANTS AND NO INTEREST LOANS TO ORGANIZATIONS STARTING NEW LACROSSE PROGRAMS OR EXPANDING EXISTING LACROSSE PROGRAMS ESPECIALLY IN UNDERPRIVILEGED AREAS.
