THE NORMAN ARTS COUNCIL SHALL ENRICH THE NORMAN COMMUNITY BY STIMULATING ARTISTIC, CULTURAL, AND ECONOMIC GROWTH THROUGH THE SUPPORT AND PROMOTION OF THE ARTS. WE ARE A FUNDING AGENCY WHICH GRANTS MONEY TO NORMAN ART ORGANIZATIONS AND SUPPORTS INDIVIDUAL ARTISTS.
