A SOCIAL ORGANIZATION INTERESTED IN ENCOURAGING THE SPORT OF BOATING AND PROMOTING THE SCIENCE OF SEAMANSHIP AND NAVIGATION. TO PROVIDE A SUITABLE CLUBHOUSE, ACHORAGE, AND PIERS FOR THE USE OF ITS BOATING MEMBERS AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR THE RECREATION.
