NORTH MOUNTAIN CLUB IS A PRIVATE SOCIAL CLUB WHICH PROVIDES RECREATIONAL FACILITIES TO ITS MEMBERS AND THEIR GUESTS FOR THE PURPOSE OF FLY FISHING AND HUNTING. THE NORTH MOUNTAIN CLUB RECEIVED NO GRANTS OR ANY FEDERAL FUNDS OF ANY KIND AND IS SUPPORTED BY CLUB MEMBERS DUES AND FEES PAID BY NORTH MOUNTAIN CLUB MEMBERS.
