TO PROVIDE AFFORDABLE HOUSING TO LOW-INCOME AND MODERATE-INCOME PERSONS, PROMOTE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN THOSE COMMUNITIES BY PLANNING, DEVELOPING OR MANAGING PROJECTS THAT ATTRACT COMMERCIAL AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, AND INCREASE JOB OPPORTUNITIES FOR LOW INCOME RESIDENTS BOTH DIRECTLY AND THROUGH WORKING WITH PRIVATE EMPLOYERS.
