PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE IN NON CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS TO THOSE INDIVIDUALS WHO CAN NOT AFFORD PRIVATE LEGAL SERVICES. IN ADDITION, DONATED SERVICES WERE USED FOR PROGRAM SERVICES.
