THE ASSOCIATION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING THE SAFETY AND WELFARE OF THE PUBLIC AND MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY THROUGH THE MAINTENACE, MANAGEMENT AND IMPROVEMENTS TO THE COMMON AND RECREATIONAL AREAS.
